FS/trade: PSP Phat. USA

PSP Phat with 5.50 Gen-D3. Have a case, power, and a 4gig memory stick. The UMD does not work and no idea why. All the buttons work and no issues with the lcd.

I'm looking for $90 shipped anywhere in the lower 48 states or a trade:

A Wii with at least one wiimote, nunchuk, AV cable, and power. Flashed would be nice but not required.

A Xbox 360 (no hitachi drives). Don't need any extras with it.

Both must be working fine with NO work done on them like a x-clamp fix.
