FTP help

    I know how to FTP. I've done it with my friend'd and my softmodded xbox. But, I did this at his house. I'm at home now, and I can't get FTP to work. I'm using flashFTP, and when I run it, it says:


    WinSock 2.0 -- OpenSSL 0.9.7g 11 Apr 2005
    [R] Connecting to 192.168.0.3 -> IP=192.168.0.3 PORT=21
    [R] Connection failed (Connection timed out)
    [R] Delaying for 120 seconds before reconnect attempt #1

    I have all the settings to what 3 sites have said to put them. Can ne1 help?

    ok, is your router DHCP or static IP? check that
