i have evox using sc on my xbox, but when i go to settings it dosnt show my box having an ip, for some reason my xbox cant detect an ip automatically i have to put it in manually to get on live, i tried ftp'ing to that ip but it dosnt connect, what do i do? i cant figure out what ip to ftp to. i know how to mod, i modded my friends box at his house and i try to do it the same way but it dosnt work at my house. help anyone?
There is a tutorial in my link that will halp you FTP into your xbox. It also covers setting up your IP either manually or DHCP in EvoX & AvaL. How to FTP...Made Easy!! Post if it helps or not. To me that sounds like your xbox is set to Static IP...which is why automatic detection won't work. As for LIVE, you can't play with a modded xbox unless you disable you chip or softmod.
