Ftp setting have changed after dashboard update!

I have just upgraded to the latested dashboard via slayers Evox V2.5 cd to Evox V+3921 dashboard and flashed the bios witht he latest Evox M7 eject fix bios. Everything is cool and all the games and dvd's etc work fine. However i was just going to FTP a trainer over to the xbox via RJ cross over cable and it won't connect (It was ok the day before) So i checked the system settings and the Network setting have cchanged now i know the I.P had changed so i have changed that back to what it is supposed to be and still won't connect. So can anyone tell me there full setting for the network if they are running on the same dashboard. Cheers
