if you mean send it from the hard drive to your PC It is the same process. I only use FlashFXP that is all i really know. but it gives you 2 windows, one on the left showing the PC and one on the right showing the xbox. you just pick a folder or place on the PC side that you want the game in, highlight it by clicking on it, then go over to the xbox side and browse through the folders to get to the game you want. highlight all files in that games folder and click the transfer button at the top of the XBOX window. there is one of these on each side so make sure you press the one that is on the xbox side. otherwise you will transfer the folder from the PC to the game folder on your xbox.
