    This is my set up:

    Media Player Classic 6.4.9.1
    Core AVC Professional Edition 1.6.5.0
    Ffdshow audio

I'm trying to play .mkv files in full screen in MPC. When I right click in the video and click full screen the window maxs out but the video does not change size. I m left watching it with black bars to the side and on the top and bottom.

It is also doing it with .WMV files and .MPG files.

This has only just happened, two days ago it was playing in full screen with no problems.

I've had a good look around for a solution but can't find anything. I'm guessing it should be a pretty obvious solution....
    Please help!
    Thanks.

    Creaky,
Thanks. I didn't bother playing around with the pan and scan options as MPC has always done it automatically in the past. I would just double click on the video file and away we'd go.

Can you think of any reason why this has changed suddenly?
