Full Spectrum Warrior PC Help plz..

Well i installed the full game, and when i load the game up i notice a small black flickering box on the let side of the screen, when i try to give the commands to the soldiers nuthing happens, buttons wont work, this also happend in the demo, so is it somthing my my systme or is there a possible fix? I have no clue what this means, i already tried reinstalling. Anyother game i play on my PC works 100%
