I recently used FxMPEG Writer to convert an .avi to a VCD .mpg file. Now, what the hell do I do with this .mpg VCD file? I tried to burn with Nero, but it's too big (759mb)..... what do I do with this file? Thanx in advance for any help, ideas, suggestions, etc.... daveb923
What do you want to burn it to?? A cd?? If you want to burn it to a dvd, Nero should do it. But try these programs: Magic ISO (click here) and then burn it with: DVD Decrypter (click here)
Since it was converted using the VCD settings, I was hoping to create a VCD from the resulting .mpg, but it doesn't look like that is gonna happen... I'll mess with it some more and probably end up burning a DVD movie from it. I guess what I'm really trying to do here is to figure out how to create VCD's (or KvCD's) from full length movies in .avi format; but that's a topic for a whole new thread I think.... Thanks for the help anyway. I've been using DVD Decrypter for awhile (2+ years) and I just stumbled across Magic ISO about 2-3 days ago and it rocks.... thanx again! daveb923
