why don't you just get a hold of the tech support from the site that you are buying the movies from, i meen you are paying for theese movies right? let them know that there is a problem with thier movies, also the is this program called avisync, what format are the movies in? does this happen with every movie that you download? are you trying to burn theese movie to disk?

well if you are paying for a service and you are not geting your money's worth i would tell the site to let me redownload the movie cuzz that one was bad and if they won't tell them you want your money back? also what is the name of the site that you get your movies at? i might want to sign up also! also how much do they charge for the service?
