i found a gameboy advance as i was exiting my local blockbuster store, now this is funny, i picked it up.. and me being the honest guy that i am.. lol.. i actually went back in and told one of the guys that was working the register that i had found this on the floor, he looked at me and laugh.. he replied "not only do you have ps,ps2 & xbox, now you are going to be coming in here for gameboy advance games too?" i told him seriously, somebody droped this.. when i said that, his eyes grew he reached to the gameboy advance that i still hold in my hands and said the famous "Let me see" right there an than i knew his punk ass wasnt going to return it to its rightfull owner, i than put it on my pocket and said "finders keepers" and left.. an hour later, i found myself at circuit city buying the rechargeable charger for it... and a game, since the one that was in the gameboy was a crappy ass "Bugs bunny" game.. it wasnt even a gameboy advance game, just a regular 1990 game.. now im home playing my new gameboy advance sp, with donkey kong in it, and im surprise how nice the graphics are, now wonder it costs 100 dollars. bottom line is, ive modded every console ive had, but this here has left me scratching my head.. i know you can play the games thru the gc with the specil adapter.. but can anything be done to back up the games? laugh all you want. but hey, im pretty sure the answer is no, but it doesnt hurt to ask

Goto http://www.easybuy2000.com and checkout the Gameboy section they have. There's all kinds of linkers there that will do the trick.

My cousin have that little thingy the flash advance something
and hes very happy with it
He actually download all the GBA roms he wants he borrows his friends games He'back up the games' and put them in that little thingy
i guess is very useful casue the GBA games are pretty expensive
He also told me that it has a lot of bugs but dont worry they can be fixed and the newer version may be without those bugs
And man your a lucky ass dude i wish i could find 10 bucks damn i cant even find a quarter

Yeah I use the flash usb linker and mine does have some bugs in it - mainly the fact that sometimes it wont recognise the drivers or the gameboy itself and occasionally the games dont transfer over correctly but hey it sure saves a lot of money

    Jdilla,

    Check the forums at http://forum.gbadev.org/
On the Retailer Feedback forum you can get some good recommendations on where to buy a flash card.
A friend has the Extreme Flash Advance and is very happy with it. He bought it from a retailer recommended on that site.
http://www.gbadev.org also has links to many freeware games and demos for the gameboy.

Also there are a ton of emulators for the gba. You can play old nes games on it. Check out pogoshell too.. you will find alot of cool stuff out there for the gba.

Get a flash adapter.. a meaty one about 521mb would do the trick. then go to www.emuparadise.org and download about 100 gba games (NOT ALL IN ONE GO!) then plug in the flash adapter and go! get a gba player for your gamecube then youcan play all your new copied games on the big screen. nemo out.
