    Hello,
Long story short, my boyfriend asked me to log a game I have on my laptop but never play to test something for him, It's Day of Defeat, the original one, I loaded the game, but it crashed and I had to reboot my laptop,
When I came back, my setting were to the ones the game needs,

I'm not sure how to explain it.. but, when I load the game, everything on my screen gets bigger, and now.. everything on my laptop is like that, nothing is sharp as before.

How do I go back to what it was?
    Thanks for your help everyone,

    Ana

I forgot to say, I know I could just do Desktop -> right click -> properties -> Change the setting to what it was.. But, I was wondering if by doing that, it would change the appearance but not something else the game might have break?

ok, you need to relax. what you said in your 2nd post about right click, properties etc, is perfectly safe. there should be in game options to change the resolution ONLY for the game. there are a few annoying games which won't change the resolution back to normal after you close the game (that game might be one of them). for these, just do right click properties etc.
