    I play Delta Force Extreme online and when I connect to the servers and start playing, no other computer on my network can access the internet.

    * Westell 2200 DSL Modem/Router (Ethrnet to router)
    * Belkin Wireless G Router (for wireless laptop access elsewhere in house, Ethernet to PC and Xbox)
    * XP Pro on PC
    * Vista Basic on wireless laptop

    I am told that I need to either disable the router within the DSL Modem/Router so the Belkin will do the routing job or I need to use the router as an access point only instead of a router. Something was also said about enabling IP passthrough somewhere.

    This is a little beyond my PC expertise, I am clueless on how to disable the router within the modem and/or use the router as an access point only (I assume I go modem to port instead of modem to modemaccess port on router).

    Much appreciated on any help.
    Bob

    ip passthrough is another name for bridging the modem, you need to find out how to bridge the modem, then you will need to set your router for the protocol that your isp uses, either PPPoE or DHCP usually. if PPPoE then you need to enter your username and pass into the Belkin. Also find out what the vpi and vci for your isp are, it will probably be either 8/35 or 0/35, set your router accordingly
