aaaaaaaaaah! this is so annoying! i've looked at soooooo many sites trying to figure out how to play my freaking game, but none work! ive used DVD dycrypter and downloaded poweriso, but i have no idea what kind of cd i need! i did dvd dycrypter and it said that the device is not ready and in parenthesis it said medium not present. does that mean that i have the wrong type of cd or something cause im using these maxwell cds that store 4.7 gb. someone PLEASE help me out!

you can use imgburn which is similar to dvd decryptor or clonecd is what i use......look on the xbox 360 section in the forums..... have many tutorials on how to burn games and different software...and if this is for the xbox 360 are u using dual layer disc's to burn them?.....and if ur burning games for the 360 u need to mod or flash ur drive to read burnt games.......

look its a pc game and im using imgburn but it STILL SAYS that the device is not ready, medium not present.
WHAT THE HELL IS THE MATTER WITH THIS DAMN CURSED COMPUTER!?
im using dvd+r with 4.7 gb storage (which is enough for my game) but it still says that. should i use dvd-r cds?

That's a firmware issue with your burner. It doesn't seem to support dvd+

    watch the language kiddo.

they're dvds, not dvd cds. you're only going to confuse the people trying to help you.

please stop typing like a 12-year-old cheerleader who's heart was just broke by johnny smacktard.

if you're burning a pc game, you'll probably need a crack to get around the copy protection, and we're forbidden by the rules to help in any way, shape, or form with that.

please read the rules you agreed to when you created an account.

yes, game torrents work. you just need to do your homework and read the information on how to make them work. it's all over the internet.

Did he kick off at me? I don't know what burner he's using because he hasn't said.. Is it even a dvd burner? Your guess is as good as mine.

Aus.. if you know anything about this??? I am seeing a lot of people having issues burning anything with decrypter. I have never used it to burn anything, does it have problems with dvd+ ?

Nope, it shouldn't do, as there are options to set booktype etc. That suggest full capabilities, does it not?

I don't know why people are still using decrypter.. Get IMGBurn already! It's by the same guy, and updated regularly. It may only be for burning, but what are we trying to do here..? Oh yeah, that's right, burn!

Edit: After reading through this thread, it's become apparent to me that the OP is a complete tool and doesn't know enough about anything to even attempt backing up games, let alone get pirated ones to work.

if it's a pc game, too bad. you're S.O.L. go to a forum that allows crack talk.

if it's a console game, go to the appropriate forum and read the guides and threads on making a backup work.

ok yeah whatever about the pottymouth language chill out jeez i was just having a lot of problems with the computer and i got mad. people do that.

anyway, im using imgburn and i put in a dvd-r cd with 4.7gb storage but it STILL said medium not present and all that. What's going on?
i thought my burner was a dvd+r one because i used dvd+r and it didn't work so i used dvd-r but it STILL doesnt work. It's getting really annoying because i put in just a regular old blank dvd-r cd im there with 700mb storage and it worked! all it said was that it needed more space to put the whole file in the cd. I'm really confused and help would really be appreciated right now. and please don't just comment back criticizing me for something cause I'd really like some help not people insulting me like some of the people on here.

go to your hardware manager and see what your drives are listed as.
