gamecube modem adapter

    hello all! question: is it still possible to rip game using the modem adapter instead of the broadband adapter? i mean, for the bba it uses the cat5 cable to transfer data faster right? sooo wouldnt using the modem adapter do the same but a little slower? please answer as soon as possible please. thank you.

    I think that u need somekind of converter that convert the data to proper format that modem adapter will reqognize it, because BBA and MA uses different kind of dataformat.

    so what you are saying is that i cant use the modem adapter to rip games or do i need like a program to do it?

    U need the BBA because the modem adapter cant handle the speeds needed
