A long time ago I used to play on xbox live, one day I decided to softmod my xbox and I had to say bye bye to xbox live. When my subscription ended I got a couple of emails from microsoft asking me if I wanted to renew my subscription. I didn´t even answer them. Any way about two years later I bought an xbox360 and I created a new gamertag because I couldn´t recover the old one, I have been playing for a month and now I decided I wanted to restore my old original xbox to its original retail state, so I did and it worked fine. The problem I have is that I can´t seem to use my old gamertag, I can´t use the new one either and I can´t create one because I don´t have a subscription code. I don´t know what microsoft thinks but Im not going to pay for two xbox live accounts separately (for my original xbox and the 360). Is there anyway to use the same gamertag on both xboxes?
you can use a gamertag on an xbox 360 that was created on an original xbox, but as far as i know, you cannot use a gamertag on an original xbox which was created on an xbox 360. so unless you make a new account on your original xbox and use that one on your 360, your stuck.
