Hello All, I bought a game on Gamersgate. when i use the GG downloader to try to download the game a window opens asking me for account name and password. According to Gamersgate support once i have logged into the Gamersgate website with my username and password the GGdownloader should not ask me for any more datails and just start downloading. Any one experienced similar problem and any suggestions. I have logged 4 tickets with Gamersgate support. It is now 3 days later and i am on the verge of asking Paypal to escalate my complaint to a claim for a refund. Can anyone please assist me. Thank you.
