games for nokia...how do i get them to work

    i have downloaded some games for my nokia,they are in the form of jad file/exe jar files.
    what are these,?and will they work on my nokia 6230

    came in a torrent folder,with loads of other stuff

    update

    i now have a folder full of winrar files,which contain games for my nokia 6230
    each file contains loads of stuff for each game

    does anyione know what to do with these,so i can use my bluetooth dongle to transfer them from pc to phone
