Games that only work on Sony memory cards?

    What games only work on Sony memory cards? like i know RE4 corrupts non-sony memory cards. happened to me. had to format. sigh

    what other games are like this?

    i hear mgs3 only works on sony cards

    Really? Thats really stupid, at least I have 1 Sony memory card :) all the others are 3rd party brands.

    i have never heard of that. I have a 32MB Dtel Max Memory and have used it for every game i have ever had.
    I do not have RE4 but i can't see the game doing that as the game company doesn't care what kind of memory card you use.

    like i said, i have never run into 1 in the 150 or so games i have played.
    but either way it make no difference to me as i have the 8MB official Sony card too, i just don't use it.

    Suikoden V doesn't like my 64MB card, it freezes when trying to access it. I think it's because it's trying to read the entire card, but I haven't been patient enough to see if the save screen finally comes up, because there's no way I'm waiting over a few seconds for a load screen to show up!

    jak x and other jak games don't like non-sony cards

    I didn't have any problems with RE4 on my third-party mc.

    i have a nyko memorycard and it work on both re4 and mgs3 subsistence. :D

    Hmm, just last night I was playing with a 32mb expander on the new Tomb Raider Legend game, when I went to save it, it did not detect a memory card. It was, funnily enough working fine prior to playing this game, even on the browser, it will detect the memory card without the expander, but when connected to the memory card expander it shows up, but saying "No data" with "0 kbs free" or whatever at the top right.. not saying this game screws up your memory card, but it is rather suspicious and leaves me with all my data gone and shipping it back for a replacement..
