Games that wont boot off the HDD

I've had a look around but haven't found a definitive list of games that wont boot off the HDD, does anyone know of one?

My other query is whether these games will work once backed up to DVD?
My PC is still at my old place so I haven't had a chance to try.

Problems so far have been,
(All PAL territory games)

Rugby League (the first one)
V8 Supercars 2 (Toca Racedriver 2)
NBA 06 (I've seen some discussion on this already)

I've just gone through some more of the forum and seen the many posts relating to this topic... I'm out of time at the moment but will try and go through to add all the others and list them here.

 

My step brother is having trubles with NHL 06 on the hdd and on disk at the moment.

 

i have avalaunch, xecuter 2.6 and NHL 06 works fine with me. My friend has a problem with GTA san andreas though

 

Anybody had any luck with getting nbalive06 to hdd yet?

 

I got GTA San Andreas today and it seems to be fine once backed up to the HDD.

I also have the Xecuter2 Modchip and evoX dash.
I use PxHDD Loader for games and the like(Just cos it looks prettier)
