I purchased gamexcopy quite awhile ago and just now tried to install it for the first time. I can't remember where I bought it (I have built three computers from scratch since buying this so out of about twentyfive receipts, it's not to be found. I own DVDXCOPY so I know about the sticky on the inside of the case, which in this case wasn't there. The software was purchased sealed and delivered not downloaded.
If you bought a retail version, it should be in the case or the box. If you bought it online, it should be on your invoice. You might as well ditch GamesXCopy, you can't even get the newest version v1.2.2 You could try email/calling support, but if you have no proof of purchase or never registered the product ... I'm afraid your out of luck.
