Hey before i say anything i am a complete noob on pc's and laptops/Notebooks.

I am looking for a gaming laptop just to play a few games (Counter strike source, Crysis, Halo 2, Gears of war). The graphics dont have to be insane where they cost a fortune, just enough to look good and have a good experience playing. I will need it to have Wi-Fi.15"-17" screen is fine. And that it runs smooth.

I am a student and cant afford anything expensive.

    Any recommendations?

isn't going to happen I'm afraid. You can play CS:S on a lot of laptops, but Gears of War and especially Halo 2 are too demanding to get respectable fortune out of anything that doesn't classify as "very expensive" - you'll either have to live without portability, live without those games, or live without any money unfortunately.

GoW and Halo 2 are just examples though, they're no longer the most demanding of games you can get. Ports like Rainbow Six Vegas and Assassin's Creed are much worse, and Crysis and DiRT are famously demanding.
