GBA emulation on DSi without ezcard - yes or no

    I keep reading that you cant run a gba emulator on dsi without an ez card. But then i just recently read that the SuperCard has a built-in chipset for emulation of the GBA on the DSi. Is this a built in emulator? (meaning all I need are my gba roms?)
    Can someone give me some straight information on this?

    DSTWO is real the 2nd generation flash cart, built-in powerful CPU, can emulate GBA and can provide more powerful function. Other flash cart can’t do this without the built-in CPU.
