    Hey!

What do i need to turn my old GBA SP into a MP3 player?
I already have M3 and miniSD card. I believe i need an emulator, but is there any that don't need to convert my mp3's into another format?

    thanks

I'm not sure if the GBA SP is powerful enough to decode MP3 files and play them, A quick search for a music player resulted in a SPC player, but thats not all that great.

Guess for now your stuck with the M3 music playback system (unless someone knows of an MP3 player for the GBA)

Well, according to the official M3 website FAQ, you should be able to use your M3 to play MP3 files.

Also, it'd probably just be cheaper and a better idea to just get a cheap MP3 player. There are quite a few budget MP3 players with acceptable playback nowadays, so it'd probably be worth it.

The M3 requires that you convert the MP3 file for it to work, kinda false advertising ¬_¬
