After a reformat, whenever i try to watch a video clip, dvd movie, or even the loading screens for a pc game, the color is just way off. It is much darker. When i play games though, the color is fine, just when i watch movies/clips the color is dark. I updated the driver for my Geforce 6200, but that didn't fix it. I can go into the nvidia control panel to adjust video and color settings, but the color never turns what it should be. Are there video color defaults so i know which settings are right? How can i get my color normal? Thanks
Try to completly uninstall drivers and reinstall them. The card could be bad. Try in another computer if you can. It could also be your video codecs. Install FFDSHOW.
