hi i just bought this graphic card and i found problems installing it whenever i load up the CD that came with the card i click on install drivers but whenever the installation wizard pops up it tells me "The nvidia setup program could not locate any drivers that are compatible with your current hardware. Setup will now exit." can anyone please help me? The box tells me the install CD also includes nvDVD 2.0 multimedia software, does the setup for that start when the "Install driver" command finishes? I really want that program from the CD or is there some other way of getting it straight from the CD's folders?
Reboot and try it again,had the same problem tonight with 6800gt.Reboot did the trick,also make sure you don't have any nvidia graphics drivers already installed...delete them first,reboot and then install drivers.As for the other proggie you should be able to insert disk in drive,when auto install starts click cancal,open my comp. click on cd drive,click on explore,find what you want and install from there.
