    For Nvidia based PCI card you would want a 6200 (or better).
    For ATI you would want a 9600 series or better.

    If you ONLY have a PCI SLOT (and no AGP or PCI-e)
    These may be the best you can get.
    Also take into consideration of your power supply,
    You will want at LEAST a 400 watt PS.
