Hello all, I just purchased an 8GB Generic USB Flash Drive from ebay and lately I have noticed that alot of my music is becoming corrupt, and it seems to be ONLY music that is affected.

    Screenshot example:

Does anyone know why this is happening or have a solution? Every time I connect it to my PC I find more is becoming corrupt. I have tried reformatting it multiple times and still no luck. The Flash Drive only cost AUS$26.00 so im not really keen to send it back because no doubt postage back to Hong Kong will be almost the same.

Any ideas or suggestions would be greatly appreciated.

    Thankyou.

If it's gradually becoming more prevalent, sounds like the FAT may be becoming corrupted. Your best option is to back up what you can and get another flash drive.
