get my xbox back to normal please help

i cant get on xbl any more i cant create a new acount and i want to get back online i dont have like any of the modding programs any more i got rid of them like 4 months ao when it happend. but if it is posible to help me that would be great.

p.s. i am very stupid with all this modder language lingo so if you can put it in stupid terms for me that would be cool

 

is your xbox still softmodded?

you cant create a new XBL account if your xbox is softmodded....you will have to remove the softmod first...

 

If you want to learn how to take of the softmod... look near the top of the xbox softmoding topics it should be there... just look around.
