I know there's a program out there that does this but I don't know what it is and how good it is. I have lots of video clips that I didn't get pictures of the time (birthdays, etc). I'd like to have a program (preferrably free) that just randomly takes still images throughout the clip and let's you decide what to keep. What's the best way to do this.
