ive tryed 6 DVD Rippers now, and all of them do not work -- reason being an error i get. The error:
    SPTI Command Error!
    Device:[2:0:0]BVD 108A DVDROM 00/03/21 (G:)
    ScsiStatus: 0x02
    Interpretation: Check Condition
    CDB: 28 00 00 14 AD 40 00 00 01 00
    Interpretation: Read (10) - Sector: 1355072
    Sense Area: 20 20 03 00 20 20 20 20 20 20 20 20 02 00
    Interpretation: No Seek Complete

I get the error ALWAYS on the SECOND file when ripping, on ANY disk at the same exact spot.

    Please help me out!

i would have to guess that the dvd-rom drive would be at fault, i have learned that if everything should work properly in the rip process, but its not, the problem lay with the dvd-rom drive. i would swap out the dvd-rom drive with another one (hopefully you know somebody that has one, to potentially save some money if this is not the problem) if you do this i would recommend trying to rip a movie on the other computer that has a dvd-rom drive to make sure that it works first before you put it in your computer, i used to get a lot of read errors and movies that came out encoded with the audio and video out of sync, then i threw in a new dvd-rom and everything is back to normal. so if you got a 8x or less dvd-rom just consider a new one to be an upgrade.

another thing that you can try doing is disconnect any other drives that are on the same cable as the dvd-rom drive (most likely a cd-rom/burner) just get the dvd-rom drive by itself and see if it acts any different, when my old dvd-rom drive went out i coastered a lot of cd's with the burner that was hooked up on the same cable. so i would believe that since the dvd-rom drive could negatively effect the burner the opposite could be true to. just giving you ideas.
