Any help.. Its gets to about 52% done and there is an error. It asks if want to retry, (zero fill?) or cancel...

Never had ANY problems backing up my games EVER.. Using the samsung sh-d162C drive... Reading at 4x with a block retry of 10 and a sector retry at 20..

any help would be greatly appreciated..

The game is probably dirty or scratched.
If you can clean or resurface it yourself, do so. If not, take it to a place that can. That should resolve your problem.
I've had a few games that gave me errors. I just took them to Hollywood Video/Game Crazy and had them resurface them for me.

I am literally having that same exact error with that same game. I've tried cleaning the disc multiple times and no luck. It is also exactly at that 52% mark. I really have no idea why it is happening. I have also never had any issued backing up games. If you happen to find a solution, please let me know. I have tried it in both schtrom and xbc.

hmm. That's weird. I had no problem backing the game up when I got it.
I'm using a SH-D162D Kreon drive and the only errors I've gotten have been corrected with a cleaning or resurfacing.

Let me know what you guys figure out

I had a thread on this a couple days ago, and no one really knew. Was there anyone who had this issue, either with this game or any other game, and was successfully able to back it up? The only option that I can see if to go try renting it elsewhere in the hopes that it will work with that. It sucks to rent a game I bought just to back it up...

So... if anyone knows anything, let us know!
