Getting banned from Xbox Live?

    I have a question for those who were banned before.

    When you get banned, are you still able to use xbox live silver to download demos and updates etc... or do you get banned completely and won't let you connect to anything?

    dont think you can access anything. You just get an error code so u cant even log into live at all. At least thats the impression i was under.. im sure another member will be able to say for certain though :)

    i couldnt do anything when my original console was banned.
