    Free physical memory: 32MB (33040kB)
    Memory in use : 91 %

    This is not good.
I also see other things but you need to take it one step at a time. Firmware out of date.
    Poor quality media.
    And more.

No, although freeing up disc space is a good thing to do.
It means you need more memory.

Open the task manager. Click on the memory usage tab.
(this sorts them) which processes are using all the memory?

You need to purchase more memory just to have Vista run decently. You are below system requirements.
How much free memory do you have?
Also your media is low quality.
There's other thing to point out. One thing at a time.

If this is a virtual drive...... turn it off! Nero doesn't like virtual drives!

you are below the minimum amount of RAM! you must close EVERYTHING down and no multi tasking, even shut off your anti spyware programs, and no internet~! just allow Nero to work! maybe it will burn if you just run nero and nothing else!

this is Moser Baer media made in India! Crappy media! Start off with better media like Verbatim or the best media Taiyo Yuden! This will stop many problems like: "Command Sequence Error" and " Could nor perform End of Disc at Once" kinda things....

the famous interfering driver: CDRALW2K You usually find this with Roxio or Sonic programs! Nero doesn't like it! uninstall Roxio/Sonic and try again!

and your Nero version could be buggy.... meaning there are flaws in your version of Nero:
there is a better version of Nero 7.... 7.10.1.0........

Save your serial # then uninstall Nero!
Use the cleaning tool: Nero7 Clean tool http://www.nero.com/enu/support-nero7-tools-utilities.html
do a registry clean up using this free cleaner: CCleaner:
    http://www.ccleaner.com/download
then do a defrag and reboot!

    now reinstall Nero 7.10.1.0: http://www.filehippo.com/download_nero_7_premium/?2893

hopefully if you follow these directions you might get Nero to work for you..... but not having too much RAM will inhibit Nero to work properly! upgrade to at least 512MB of RAM.... now a days it doesn't cost too much for RAM..... how old is your computer anyway? Good luck and welcome to Afterdawn!

Thanks for replying but I used to burn DVDs even before with this much memory only.....I'll try switching to a better version of nero...I'll reply if your instructions worked....!!

another important thing is that virtual drive..... get rid of it or you will still have problems! if you had Alcohol 120% and used a virtual drive... make sure you delete it so it won't interfere with Nero! or any other program that makes virtual drives!

go to DEVICE MANAGER and shut off virtual drive there! or sometimes it will show up like this:
virtual drives will show up in these 2 areas... delete them and they should go away! reboot and check device manager again! make sure they are gone!

That's because your system cannot handle it.
    Another quote:
I seriously doubt that you've burned DVD's on a system with only 32mb's of free ram. When I mentioned you need more, you thought that meant disc space. The way this system is set up you're lucky you can do anything.
