scanned my eurovox max,im getting frequencies , the signal is a good strength but it giving me no channels sorry if its a double post
you are now prob in a Nagra 3 area thats why if you got a new virgin card within the last 3 to 4 weeks your box is fit for the bin now no fixes for them
try a factory reset on your box menu >>> config >>> factory default >>> then do a new scan on your provider NO SPLITTERS on your incoming cable
tryed it loads of times i think the transponders gone that picks up the channels, but i do get all frequencies
