Hi I know this is a really popular question but I am just going crazy.I need a step by step on dragging song to the library and then getting them downloaded to the Ipod any help would be greatly appreciated.
[edit] To get songs into your library (providing they are .mp3/.aac files), go to 'file'--->'add file to library' and then locate your files. If it's a whole folder you want to add, then instead of 'add file to library', do 'add folder to libary'. To get them on the iPod, hook your ipod up, the right click your iPod in the left hand menu (once it shows up) and click 'update'. (you only have to do the last part if it doesn't automatically update)
I'm not sure are you asking for songs transfer or video transfer.... For dragging and dropping songs: open up the itunes library. open up the folder with the files/folders in it. Select them using the mouse or shift/ctrl buttons Drag them into the itunes window. Or alternatively, in itunes go to "add files" and search for where you have the files and select "add" . When you plug in your ipod they should automatically update if you have that option selected. If not just "drag & drop" the files onto your ipod. Hope that makes some sense
