At time when I film inside the house I usually get some kind of a blurry picture, when I'm outside it's very clear.

It's annoying the hell out of me, when ever I film i get a fuzzy picture and stuff. All the effects are off in case you are wondering.

Anyone know how to get rid of fuzzyness of the camcorder?

A few of my buddies told me I could use a digitizer, but that's to much of hassle.

    I'm using a Sony Handycam Hc-21

With blurry, you mean pixelated? This is caused by too less light. Not much you can do about it than turning up the light or use a separate video light.
