I just got my new Motorola phone today and had to install some software. Specifically, motoTunes and Motorola Phone Tools. An hour or so later I tried to watch a dvd and got the error message "This application has failed to start because wnaspi32.dll was not found. Re-installing the application may fix the problem". I've downloaded wnaspi32.dll again, but do not have a program to unzip it. If someone would be so kind as to give me a step-by-step tutorial of how to fix this problem I would greatly appreciate it!!
