Is there any way to get a full movie to one CD.So many sites say their software can but I have had no luck.My movies are mostly DivX files of 700mb and when converted go to ver 1gb no mater what guides I have follwed to fit.VCDHelp.com has an article on how to do this with TMPG but when I followed it I waited 8hrs for a file that was still over 1gb.I dont mind the time as I do it when I am sleeping at night but it is fustrating waking up to the same thing everytime.Would appreciate any help.

First, don't encode VCD it is constant bitrate and will never put more than about 60 minutes on a CD. If you encode SVCD the mpeg2 file encoded in tmpgenc has about the same size as the original divx.
Just give it a try with the CQ setting with 30% and 80% quality. You will notice a big difference in file size.
