Trash the ISO you burnt it from and make another one.

I've had a few of these as well. Sometimes the game just doesn't like it when you remove those files. Trial and error and a shitload of wasted DVD-R's proved that to me.

Just to clarify things i would have to delete the dashupdate.xbe, the update.xbe and the media folder? Sure seems like alot of things to delete makes me question if the game will then run lol.

Have just backed up this game, ftp to PC (File Size 3.74GB), made iso with Qwix (3.929GB), burned to DVD-R using DVD Decryptor, works great.
    No files deleted!!!!

Do not know, only thing I can guess is faulty original disk, if under warranty ask for exchange. FTP file is definitely not to big to iso.

the reason i deleted the files update.xbe and dashupdate.xbe and the media folder is because i read that if you didnt remove the previous files (the .xbe ones) that it would ruin my soft mod on my system by appling a patch that would cuz it not to work.
