Gigabyte GV-RX80L256V problems

    sorry if this is the right place to post this..... i have just bought a Gigabyte GV-RX80L256V pretty nifty at its price so i went home installed drivers from the site inserted the card and i thought yay this should be fun so i turn it on and i get these lines down the screen i can see everything but the thick lines are in the way

    anyway to solve this, i got this preowned but the card was working perfectly as they showed me that it worked by inputting it in another system, why is it doing this

    please help thanks

    Are you using the DVI or the VGA connector on the card? Which connector was the previous owner using? Make sure your monitor cable is plugged in nice and tight on both ends.
