Click options then hit the Search tab then tick the box that says Gmail.

EDIT: Sorry the above instructions are only if you have the Google toolbar for FireFox, if you don't have it just get the extension like Daniel_G said.

On the gmail page there is a invite box (left hand corner). Enter whomevers current email and it will send an invite to them.

Does anybody else here have the Gmail drive shell extension?

At first i was all exited about it, i was gonna get like 10 Gmail accounts so id have lots of extra storage, but i just did a little test to see the speed i could upload to it at and it was dissapointing to say the least. It took me a couple minutes to upload a 7meg file so i cant imagine how long it would take to upload a gig at a time.

    DAMNIT!

I got the shell extension, its pretty good. The upload speed all depends on your own internet upload speed though.

I've played with the extension. I wasn't too impressed with it. I do use it to back up some of my firmware's and such. No complaints though cause afterall it is free.....

Also I can't live without my Gmail Notifier. I recently reinstalled my O/S and the first thing I did was load FireFox and get all my extensions again.
