Good compression Programs

    I am not talking about winrar or winzip. I know they can compress but I am not sure how good they can compress it(have not had time to try to compress with best compression setting.) cuz I got something what is 1.6gigs big and I want it to be know more then 700mb big to fit on 1 cd.(hope that is possible).If you know if winrar can do it or if you know a program what can do it plz post it up here.

    -Uharc 0.4 =12.5 MB (13,139,917 bytes)
    -UHBC 1.0 =12.3 MB (12,975,847 bytes) //108.791 Sec 1/7th of CTW time
    **-Winrar 3.20 @Best Compression =12.5 MB (13,160,214 bytes)


    Conclusion: CTW is the best app to compress but is slow, to compress/De-compress files.UHBC is the 2th best and is 82x % faster then CTW.UHARC has a better ratio for some files and is quite fast but not as Winrar.Winrar is fast to Compress/De-compress and widely use over the web.
