Good laptops?

Can someone tell me some good laptops to buy? And what compenents to look fro when buying one? Thanks

 

Not much to go on there. Some are inexpensive, some are expensive.

 

i like 14W over 15 inch (more portable)

Bluetooth a must (who needs doogle sticking out of their laptop when you can get them built in)


toshiba i hear is the best (HP seems to copy their styles)

if you can afford more try to get one with dedicated memory for video rather than shared (with the RAM)

Hi what is speed measured in fro computers? how can u tell how fast a computer is? And whats the difference between 1024MB and 260GB hard drive?

 

1024mb of ram is system memory, 260gb hard drive is were you will store your music movies documents and anything else. ram is for the system to use and usually the more you have the faster the computer will be.

this computer has a 14.1inch screen and can be customized with a 45nm dual core and 2gbs of ram.

it can be, but not always. compare prices at your local best buy or electronics shop before you buy to make sure you get the best deal. dont get anything less than 2gb of ram and a dual core processor or you will have trouble with vista.
