I own a dvd wich is in Pal format, my computer plays it fine but the audio seems to be off pitch every one sound like the chipmunks. I've been told it's because it's in PAL. So I would like to convertit to NTSC so I can also watch the movie on my regular DVD player.
You could try ripping the main title to your hardrive, and then importing it into Nero Vision 4. After you edit it as you wish, and advance to the burn screen, it will give you a message like, DVD is mostly PAL, would you like to convert to NTSC? Click yes, and [bold]BOOM[/bold] there you go...
