    Hi all

Im havin a lads night and looking for some uncomplecated platform fun. I want something that's like the old double dragon games or streets of rage that you can play 2 player but isn't split screen.

Also I'll be renting them off Love film so any good ideas?

    Cheers.

    PS

I've already thought of the Sega classics disk ;)

Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles: Turtles in Time Re-Shelled is decent..but it's a downloadable game..here's a small list for you to look up: http://community.us.playstation.com...es-for-the-PS3-Additions-needed/td-p/10059116

Edit: sorry reread, totally bypassed the lovefilm part..lol..any ratchet and clank is fun..but they are kinda limited on their list..you wanting just old skool arcade action? definitely go with the megadrive collection

See ddp, I told you that replying to old threads is not always a waste of time.

What do you mean not me? I thought anyone could reply to any thread in the forum? Sometimes it's fun to respond to an old thread, and sometimes the original poster replies, and sometimes we get someone we haven't heard from in years. We can sit back and wait for someone to pop in and ask for help or we can initiate a response by creating content or restarting old content. :D

Back in my day around 04 on AU PS2 Sony forum.Dredging up old posts was done for two reasons .Get post count up for other privileges for noobs or the more common was post ho'ing to get count up to be 1st in leader board stats for daily posts &/or overall. (basically spamming threads) The latter is a waste of time as websites improve or move deleting user counts etc .Can't remember if AD changed once or twice after i joined however the sony forum in Australia (nz sony used au servers for online forum & gaming) had makeovers & data was deleted, if i recall correctly the last change everyone had to re-sign up lol. For AD it's an annoyance to me if an old post gets rebooted as it will appear on top of AD's recent posts on the home page which is where i check what's happening. I make a post push reply, only to realize the thread is months or years old & it was already answered & i've replied to whoever restarted the thread, (aka hijacking) instead of creating their own dam thread. Very seldom does the op reply as far as i'm aware. Actual spammers dredge up old posts as i get notifications of long dead threads most times they're already booted out other times i report their ass. For members i question why bring up old posts when it happens. I think it was grandpa got caught out by a dredged post a few months back like i had been, he too didn't check the original date of a thread. Obviously the vid card etc type threads can have exceptions applied others it's common sense, forum etiquette & AD's own rules that determine whether an old thread should be replied to

This one was actually "dredged" up by the OP who replied to this from March 15, 2019.

The OP replied with this on Tuesday.

And this resulted in, including this one, 6 posts. :D
