Installed google earth about a year ago, no problems,last played with it in march again no problems. When it said an update was available, I went for it. Now freezes up, does not get to even build the picture up of the earth. get a message that my graphic card has stopped working. updated the graphic card drivers. no difference. installed the latest version, got the latest version of direct x. still freezes up. even in open gl mode or direct x mode. any ideas
moved to correct forum as not a safety valve issue. have you tried a system restore to before that update that caused this problem?
