google search takes me elsewhere

i tried the malaware anti malaware and so far have been unsuccesful, it works the first time around after a scan but then the misguided search comes back any easier ways to take care of this

 

Obviously, you didn't really remove it the first time.

I don't rely on just one malware scanner.

If I cannot determine the malware manually (It appears that Google redirect could be a virus OR malware) and remove it, I use (in this order:

Spybot S&D
Lavasoft Ad-aware
Malware Bytes

All three have free versions.

I also use a Virus scanner in case it's a virus.

Get on a search engine and search for "Google redirect".

There are many possibilities and I'm afraid that you will have to go through them one by one.
