Grabbing clips from DVDs from other regions: What program can I use?

    I have DVD Shrink, but when I put a DVD in from another region it says that I can only change the region code five times (two times now). Is there a program I can use, like DVD Shrink, that will allow me to grab clips from my DVDs from other regions so that I can continue to make GIFs from them? Thanks a lot guys!

    that is your drive telling you that and not dvd shrink! use an app like anydvd to take away region codes then rip
