I used nero recode and anydvd to do full movie with extras.no problems with this disc.thanks and have a great day
I haven't picked this one up yet, but intend to very soon. From what i've read there's not much to it - as Binkie stated - so i'm not expecting any trouble with it. Make sure you're using an updated version of Dvd Fab and you shouldn't have any problems. If you do, let us know.
Well I went to Walmart and all they had was the fullscreen version. Now I have to find it somewhere else.
Hi. I am using WMP on windows7 and trying to burn Gran Torina to a dvd. Thing is it wont burn audio for some reason? Can someome explain? I have managed to get the sound working through the PC but cant burn it to DVD. PLEASE help! JOner31
WMP will let you view the movie but not rip it to your PC or burn to a DVD without something to get around copy protection.
Hi Deadrum. Thanks for that. Though it does burn the movie to DVD just no audio. What can I download to get around this? Joner31
Normally, you won't even get a full video stream let alone video+audio while ripping DVD's without somehow first bypassing copy protections. DVDFab free version does strip out the copy protection then put a copy of a DVD on your hard drive. you then can do what you want with that file. I purchased AnyDVD, which saves steps/time by stripping protection in real time, you wont need DVDFab because the computer doesn't see the protection so you can just run whatever disc copy/re-encoder program you wish.
Hi Nemo. I've looked at Nero. Which program do I need? There are SO many! Also anydvd, do I download this as well? Do they automatically work together when downloaded? As you can hear I am a complete novice to this. I find WMP VERY easy to use and 8times out of 10 it burns perfectly. It's just the other two times when no audio is burned. Cheers
Rip movie to your hard drive with either DvdFabDecrypter7 (freeware) or AnyDVD (payware) Process movie with either fixvts or vobblanker (freeware) Compress with dvd shrink or dvd rebuilder (freeware) Burn with imgburn (freeware)
