Graphical problems with PC

    I've been having graphical problems with a recently made PC. They are sometimes minor but at times they completely distort the screen making it hard to actually make anything out on the monitor. I would really appreciate it if I could get some help thank you

    onboard video or videocard? happens in games, programs, browsing net or all?

    Would really love to help but there is simply not enough information. What are the specs of the PC in question? When does this occur? What are you trying to do when it occurs? what actually happens?
